Anyone know the recipe hibachi uses for their fish and shrimp and scallops, the teriyaki sauce recipe i guess?

Here is the Recipe for REAL Teriyaki Sauce --- bring all of this to a boil and let cool. Use it as marinade or while cooking.





1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup cidar vinegar

1 clove garlic; minced

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1/2 tsp. pepperAnyone know the recipe hibachi uses for their fish and shrimp and scallops, the teriyaki sauce recipe i guess?
So the Hibachi sauce that you cook the steak and shrimp in not the white or ginger sauce but the brown stuff the steak and broccoli soak in. Its a recipe you can't make it? I just want to buy some in the store.
