How healthy is hibachi chicken and fried rice/zucchini?

This has to be my favorite meal and I was wanting to know the nutritional information for a meal like this. I don't have a serving size to go by, but i'm just wanting to know what people think of this dish. What may be in it to look out for?How healthy is hibachi chicken and fried rice/zucchini?
sounds great....in fact, now i am hungry!!How healthy is hibachi chicken and fried rice/zucchini?
That's a good meal to eat, cholesterol and fat wise. Just make sure that if you use oil to make the chicken with, you use olive oil. It's the best for you. Take care! How healthy is hibachi chicken and fried rice/zucchini?
I think it's fine unless you fry in something that's bad for you. I would use olive oil. Don't bread the zucchini. Use onions and garlic to flavor it. Fried rice is good if you don't add a lot of high calorie stuff to it.How healthy is hibachi chicken and fried rice/zucchini?
You're in good shape with the chicken. "Fried" anything, if it's fried in fat, is a concern in quantity. Rice is high in carbs, but a staple for half the world, so it ain't bad. ;) And eat all the zucchini you want. Preferably sans deep fat frying. The hibachi itself is just an outdoor grill, there's nothing fundamentally different about cooking on a hibachi. Is it a real Japanese hibachi, one of the massive ceramic contraptions? Those are great.
