Can lemon juice being subsisted with lemon extract in Hibachi chicken?

Yes I went to pick up everything I needed to make Hibachi chicken and then got home forgot the lemon juice. I do have lemon extract was wondering since it isn't the main ingredient can it be replaced with extract? Some recipe's call for 4teaspoons and some 2?
