Yes I went to pick up everything I needed to make Hibachi chicken and then got home forgot the lemon juice. I do have lemon extract was wondering since it isn't the main ingredient can it be replaced with extract? Some recipe's call for 4teaspoons and some 2? yes remember that extract is stronger than the fresh lemon . so dilute 1 tsp to make the amount that you need, if you have a fresh lemon in the fridge use that instead,Can lemon juice being subsisted with lemon extract in Hibachi chicken?
