They squirt like 3 or 4 different sauces in the rice as it cooks but i want to recreate it at my house. However they won;t spill the beans. I was wandering if anyone may know the ingredients they use to make it tastes so dam good.What are the ingredients used for, the restaurant Tokyo's Hibachi, fried rice?
Japanese Yaki-meshi or Japanese style fried rice usually just uses soy sauce. Here is a great Recipe for Japanese Fried Rice
