go to th new site and see if tey have a contact number posted or an application you can grab... Someone from management is on that site at least once a week to oversee the construction, and that is the guy you want to find...
Stop by and start asking questions, and if that doesn't wuld then start asking around for phone numbers to call for the restaurant.
if you wait till they open they have already hired a full staff
think about it,,, would you open the doors on your new business if you didnt have a staff already in place???
You need to get on this like today, before people start leaving applications. The first ones in are the ones that will score the interviews.
