What kind of oil do they use at Hibachi Japanese restaurants?

I want to know this because they sure squirt a lot of it all over the food! Anyone know? I googled it but didn't come up with much.What kind of oil do they use at Hibachi Japanese restaurants?
well when they cook it on the grill,

its vegetable oil since it has a higher heat point.

I believe it is Sesame Oil. I have wondered this too, because when I try to do rice like this mine just doesn't do right. I asked the guy one time, and from what I could understand he said Sesame Oil. I tried it and it seems to be pretty close. I'm sure it would taste exact if I could cook as good as them, but I am sure it's Sesame Oil!
