love the orange sauce but not sure what it's called. It's not the duck sauce or sweet and sour sauce.What is the orange sauce served with dinner at hibachi grills?
Are you talking about orange flavored or just orange colored? Hibachi grills commonly serve ginger sauce which is orange colored, but does not include orange in it. If it's a sweeter sauce, then it's just orange sauce which includes orange juice, sugar, vinegar and lemon juice.
