Can anyone tell me how to make fried rice like my favorite Japanese Hibachi restaurant does?

I know the basics of fried rice, but I don't know what sauces they use. They always jokingly call one sauce "Japanese coca cola" and another one "Japanese Dr. Pepper". They also use a third sauce that I think they might have called "mustard sauce". Any help would be greatly appreciated! I can tell you that the use Japanese Soy Sauce this makes a difference as of course does Japanese rice!
