How do I make Hibachi steak more healthy ? ?

I LOVE hibachi steak with zuchini, carrots, broccoli and rice with the shrimp sauce. Problem is I hear the hibachi sauce has alot of sodium. How can I make this meal healthier without taking away all of the taste ? How do I make Hibachi steak more healthy ? ?

Not sure what hibachi steak is. Know not to much meat is good for you any more. They say no more than 6 oz. a week. Also best to use sirloin since it has less fat. Also best to grill it so the fat drips away.How do I make Hibachi steak more healthy ? ?
You can take an extra serving of vegetables or rice. But i would suggest vegetables because too much rice is not good either. Try taking some Japanese cucumber along with the meal, they help lighten the heavy taste. Fresh lettuce that's in thip strips are also a good idea.
