Is this too much to eat today, or a good amount?

I know it's not the healthiest but is it too much

Breakfast: frosted mini wheats in skim milk (250 calories)

Lunch: hibachi. 1 fried shrimp, shrimp, vegetables, lo mein and rice

Dinner: a piece of fruit because I had a big lunchIs this too much to eat today, or a good amount?
That doesn't sound like that much. But idk how big your lunch was but it doesn't sound like Alto. I use to eat like that much but now I am eating so much!Is this too much to eat today, or a good amount?
No :C You should eat at least 1,200 calories a day, and that's probably only 800 or less. Go eat some cake! Or something!Is this too much to eat today, or a good amount?
