Hibatchi-San is a fast-food style place in several St. Louis Area malls. Chesterfield's mall, St. Louis Mills Mall (hazelwood), but the only one i can think of in St. Louis is the Galleria Mall (you can see it while driving on 170)
I don't exactly remember what they all serve, but i used to get teriyaki chicken or steak that came with a side of rice (white or fried) and other vegetables were mixed in there. I don't remember the price but it's kinda fast food-ish.

South County Mall. its called Sarku Japan or something? they have good japanese food. the chicken teriaki is the best lol hope it helped (:
