I am looking for a fast recipe for fried shrimp, prefferably hibachi.Wat is the best chinese shrimp recipe and where can i find it.?
well you pretty much limited the recipes since you requested Hibachi style. High heat, flat cooking surface. Use a ginger,soy, plum wine and oil mixture to fry your shrimp in...again high heat until the flesh just turns pink.
If you're looking for the "traditional shrimp sauce" to go with it...
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix well and refrigerate.
