At the restaurant TOKYO STAEKHOUSE, do you know how to make the hibachi style noodles or rice? or ingredients?

I'm just trying to figure out what kind of sauce they use in the meal, what is the two brown sauces they use on the rice, noodles, vegetables, and the chicken? At the restaurant TOKYO STAEKHOUSE, do you know how to make the hibachi style noodles or rice? or ingredients?
soy sauce is one

the second depends upon the place, but can be teriyaki sauce, dumpling dipping sauce (soy + vinegar + sugar), or fish sauce, or just more soy sauce but in a different package to make you wonder. Seriously.
