Since they are cooking AND serving you, I'd say at least 20%...don't forget you usually have a hostess serving drinks and what not, you might want to see if they split the gratuity so you can add a bit more.

Always 15-20% depending on the service - if service was just ok or so-so, then tip them 15% - if they went out of their way to make you feel comfortable, were upbeat, friendly and energetic, then tip them 20% or more....it's all up to you!
