If Habachi Grill is a restaurant, you might not be able to get the recipe.

Restaurant chefs don't just hand out the recipes THEY developed so anyone can make it.

Many restaurants have their employees sign a confidentiality paper saying they WON'T divulge recipes to popular menu items.

It may never have been in a cookbook if the developing chef is a good one. Chefs design new recipes all the time. That doesn't mean it will EVER be in a cook book That recipe may always live in the chefs head.
