In the state of Colorado is it illegal for your employer not to pay you to train?

Ok so can my employer do that, i have been training to be a Hibachi cook for about 2 weeks and have not got to clock in for it once. I am currently a dishwasher there and i train after i am done with my duty. When i am scheduled to be off i clock out and go train on Hibachi, like prep-work cooking and such, so i am clocked out and not making any money. Is this legal and if so do you have anything like a website or a phone number so that i can prove this to my employer. DON'T ANSWER NO that doesn't help me at allIn the state of Colorado is it illegal for your employer not to pay you to train?
It is legal to not get paid for training. I don't have any sources, I just know. That would be like saying you have to get paid for going to college, or doing an internship, you just don't have to get paid. You are furthering your education, furthering your career. It is your choice, they are not forcing you to do it.In the state of Colorado is it illegal for your employer not to pay you to train?

so much depends on the legal stuff you did when you got hired , that determins the juristiction and rights you have

then who is paying for the studdy

with who

personally you could claim holiday pay

its tax deductable [and as it is increasing the interrlectual capital of its colateral ,it should have double tax deductabls

value [in income tax exzemptions

or milk the system and call in sick [using sick pay leave]

while you study [think of it as mental leave ,your making your mind at peace with bodilly demands [work]

and your rights to enjoyment and freewill ,[study keeps you sane ;mental sick leave [helps pay the bills you still are neding to pay]

thus sans the extra worry , you are better value as a willing [sane/happy] worker

if they want loyalty they morrally should pay something while you increase your skills [it will help the buisness in the long run

but how long will you stay when you have the skills [if no work contract ,are you deserving enough [l;oyal enough for them to care for your well being and security

if your giving them you deserving of full compensation , if its personal , its just that personal ,a cost of freewill
