Any of the restaurants in your area no doubt has a chef who would like to make some extra money on the side;-) So my suggestion, go in the restaurant during a less busy time, and ask one. Or if you have a favourite just slip him a piece of paper with your name and phone and ask him to call about doing a side job on what ever the date is.
