Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a large charcoal grill?

My 20 year old large charcoal barbecue has given up the ghost. Seems that most people prefer charcoal grilling (as I do) but there is nothing decent on the market. I have hunted high and low for a nice new modern one but to no avail. It seems that the only charcoal barbecues on sale nowadays are tabletops or hibachis. I live in Canada but am quite prepared to buy from the US if necessary.Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a large charcoal grill?

All the Walmarts and Home Centers such as HD and Lowes carry charcoal grills. The larger ones are usually called "smoker grills" but have a large cooking area with a smoke box added at the end. Most look like small drums and have side tables.Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a large charcoal grill?

As you know a decent barbedcue can be very expensive, try this a forty four gallon drum cut in two along its length a simple steel frame consisting of four legs and the oblong section to hold the drum any handy diy person could weld the frame for you, a wire mesh to put your meat on and you can have many happy family bbq's .

I lived in S/africa for many years and these type of barbecues were the cheapest and lasted longer than many bought from the stores
