They have a Hamada of Japan that is good.
And there is a great Japanese place in the Mirage.

I've got the place for you! Osaka Japanese Bistro has hibachi. So give them a try and see what you think.

Hamada is OK, but the price is too high.
Their prices are more than twice than any other similar grade of Japanese restaurants in LA.
I would recommend Benihana in Hilton hotel.
The price is also high, but it worth to pay it considering the atmosphere and service.
I always go to 'Makido' sushi buffet restaurant in Vegas.They have very good sushi at reasonable price.
