can i marinade my steak longer than 30 mins in teriyaki sauce? The bottle says only 30 mins..for beef





Do I cook my zucchini and onions in teriyaki sauce or soy sauce?



Do I marinade the shrimp also in the sauce?I have some questions about hibachi?
The longer you marinade the better the taste will be.



You can cook the Zucchini and onions in either, but go easy on the soy it's very salty.



You can indeed marinate the shrimp in the sauce too.

If it was a little too salty, then try letting the marinade down with something. I often add a little rice wine, or brandy or rum, and a little brown sugar or honey. This give the marinade a slightly less salty and more bbq taste, and won't permeate too much slat into the meat.
