Chicken Tempura (battered and deep-fried, served with tempura dipping sauce or katsu sauce)

Chicken Cutlet Entree

Chicken Rolls -- deep fried chicken rolled with carrots, mushrooms and baby corn

Katsu Duo -- choose two of the following: chicken, tuna, pork, chicken roll

Sesame Chicken or Shrimp -- baked lobster marinated in special sauce

^i am not really sure if this one is right (see description) lol

Onion Chicken -- onion stuffed with diced chicken and cheese

Nabeyaki Udon -- noodles with shrimp, fish, chicken, vegetables, and egg in a pot

I think the best option would be any of

Salmon Filet -- marinated in teriyaki sauce

Broccoli Chicken -- broccoli rolled in chicken

Broiled Chicken (in teriakyi)

Hibachi Chicken

*served with shrimp appetizer, vegetables, onion soup, house salad and white rice

the others are either fried/no protein= no dieting/still hungry
