Where can I find a restaurant to learn hibachi?

I can go with out pay for a month. I just want to learn Hibachi. I was a server in Japanese restaurant for many years. It seems like we don't make any money anymore. I am looking to Learn Hibachi so I can make more money. If anyone knows of any restaurant that is taking Hibachi Students Please let me know.Where can I find a restaurant to learn hibachi?

hey kelly :) i'm starting work as a hibachi server at Miyako's i was wondering what you have to do there like how to get people's orders and stuff, and do you have to pay for the food if you're on break?
