Are you ever too old for hibachi?

My boyfriend wants to get hibachi for his 20th birthday. I said we were too old for hibachi, but he seems to not agree. I think that things like "flinging shrimp tails" and "onion volcanoes" are things better left to 8th grade graduations. He seems to think that it's something all ages can enjoy. Can anyone shed any light on this?Are you ever too old for hibachi?

Why would you be to old for that? Sounds like a timeless thing to me. Go enjoy it, and stop getting hung up on age appropriate things. Hibachi is usually pretty expensive so I don't think it's tailored to the 8th grade crowd.Are you ever too old for hibachi?
You are never to old for the hibachi! It's fun. They are easy to use. You can grill quite an assortment of things on one. Hey, if it makes him happy why deprive him? Cooking Japanese food on a hibachi is fun...... You need to lighten up!



Get him the hibachi for his birthday then enjoy it with him........
