When go to a Japanese steak house (hibachi food) they give me two sauce. One is a ginger sauce for the steak and the other in a Seafood sauce for seafood. Does anyone know what that sauce is or how to make it??? I'm addicted!!! While I'm at it, does anyone know how to make hibachi fried rice too???Does any one know what Seafood sauce is?
I am not sure if this is the same sauce you like, but I like to make a seafood sauce with:
2 TBSP ketchup
1-2 tsp Inglehoffer brand horseradish
2 or 3 dashes of worcestershire
1/2 dash of hot sauce
Just mix them up together.Does any one know what Seafood sauce is?
If you run out, at a pinch you can make your own with horseradish and ketchup. The best though is just buy a jar - in every grocery store--usally near the fish section or near bottled sauces/pickles.Does any one know what Seafood sauce is?
you can buy it at the store.. its just called seafood sauce its in my fridge
