Is Hibachi food (Japanese) healthy?

It certainly tastes good, and the Japanese seem to be generally pretty healthy, but Hibachi food is fried. I want to know how healthy/unhealthy the food is. I usually go with steak, sometimes chicken, but never seafood. And don't forget that it's usually served with a salad w/ ginger dressing, and either clear or miso soup.Is Hibachi food (Japanese) healthy?
Hibachi is a small grill. Teppanyaki is the food cooked on a grill in front of you. If the restaurant is a good quality one, the ingredients are of the highest quality, and generally quite healthy. Is Hibachi food (Japanese) healthy?
The only thing that is unhealthy about the meal is the white sauce (yummy but all fat) and the portion sizes which are way too large. Is Hibachi food (Japanese) healthy?
