What is the flaming blue or purple rock called in a pu pu platter and where can I get one?
I know you can buy a pu pu tray with a hibachi grill but where do polynesian restaurants get those flaming purple rocks from. I can't find them any where or know what to call them.What is the flaming blue or purple rock called in a pu pu platter and where can I get one?
