What is the salad dressing you get when you go to a hibachi restaurant?

Apart from the fact that every hibachi restaurant is a different restaurant, I'm assuming they serve a Japanese salad dressing.



The one I had last time was a Sesame Dressing, which is a combination of Japanese mayo, sesame oil, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, and rice vinegar.



Alternative Japanese dressings I've had are Miso dressings, Balsamic vinaigrettes and Wasabi dressings.What is the salad dressing you get when you go to a hibachi restaurant?
