Where will they flip my food?

I live in San Jose, California. I'm looking for a hibachi table japanese restaurant in the Bay Area, the closer to San Jose, the better.



I know all the Benihana's in the area, but they are all very far away, or closed.



Is there any restaurant like this in the Fremont or San Jose area?Where will they flip my food?
What you're really looking for is teppanyaki, not hibachi. Yes, the Benihana website says that teppanyaki and hibachi are the same but they're really not. Teppanyaki is cooking on a flat iron grill while hibachi is cooking on a open grill over charcoal, more akin to robata.

You might want to check on Yelp.com for reviews. It looks like they're all hit and miss but no better or worse than Benihana ever was.
