Its either a Ginger Dressing or a Sesame Miso Dressing. You can find similar dressings at Asian markets like Marukai Market in Hawaii or California. Specialty Japanese Grocers will have similar dressings or you can try to make your own simple version Asian Dressing with Sweet Rice Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, salt and pepper.
