What is a good place to eat in Orlando?

I am going to eat for my birthday and im not sure where i want to go. Cost is not an issue as long as its not too crazy. I was thinking a hibachi style place but im open to anything. Thanks in advance for your help! What is a good place to eat in Orlando?
I love Villa de Flora in the Gaylord Palms Hotel off the Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee. It may be a little far for you depending on what part of Orlando you live in but it will be well worth it. Although it is an all you can eat buffet, it is an upscale one with the most wonderful food and lots of choices. Each night is a different theme, Spanish, Italian, French and Greek. I've tried them all and each is just as good. The atmosphere is very nice. The restaurant is set up like a plantation house with a big wrap around balcony and it's all seating areas. It truly is worthwhile going there to try it. It also validates parking, so bring your parking ticket in with you.

Texas De Brazil. It's considered a brazilian steakhouse. they have the best grilled meats. all you can eat. and the best salad bar i've ever seen. marinated mozzerella, a big wheel of parmesan, roasted peppers, asparagas, great breads, and dips. lobster bisque. if you don't like meat, you can just opt for the salad bar.
