When u order hibachi at a Japanese restaurant, which is healthier scallops or shrimp?

shrimp probably has fewer calories and fat, but scallops aren't really bad for you either. 6 large scallops probably has about 200 calories, 10 carbs and 11 grams of fat. You can eat about 10 medium shrimp for 72 calories, .2carbs, and 1.2 fat grams. They are both about the same. Both are bottom feeders so you really should look for regular fish. Although I eat both, I like scallops better mainly they are larger and you don't have to work as hard eating them.When u order hibachi at a Japanese restaurant, which is healthier scallops or shrimp?

Not sure which would be better but IMO shrimp would be better.
neither - both are high in Cholesterol
